Our audio and visual staff are among the best technicians in Aotearoa and are often asked to advise or oversee major festivals, shows and events all over the world. They’re that good!
We love working alongside other creatives to bring their vision to life using our state-of-the-art equipment. We are used to working with major touring productions and have all the specialist skills in audio, lighting, theatre rigging and stage equipment that you may need. Alternatively, if you prefer to use your own technical team, we are happy to liaise with them and assist as and where needed.

Eventfinda is our official ticketing partner. Patrons can book tickets to your show or event online at www.eventfinda.co.nz or by phoning 0800 289 849 (BUY TIX).
We also have our own dedicated box office which is open Monday to Friday from 10am - 2pm (closed on weekends and public holidays) as well as one hour before each ticketed event.

In the rare event of an emergency, we have a well-rehearsed risk management plan which includes safe evacuation of the building. If you are hiring one of our venues you must follow this plan and any evacuation instructions from Baycourt staff.
All hirers must provide a health and safety/risk management plan.
The Entertainment Technology New Zealand (ETNZ) Association also has guidelines which set out the health and safety responsibilities of Baycourt staff, production companies and any contractors or subcontractors when staging an event or show.
